Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or exchanges only for physical items purchased directly from our website. Online courses and digital goods are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund Process for Physical Items

If you need to return a physical item for a refund or exchange, please contact us at info@sarahthuo.com  within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Provide your order details and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days. If you are exchanging the item, we will ship the replacement product to you.

Late or Missing Refunds
